Classes are orchestrated by our CrossFit certified trainers and will last approximately one hour. The WOD (workouts of the day) is the main focus of the class, it includes but is not limited to, a warm-up, review of technique and skill work involved in the day's workout. Safety is our number one goal. Our trainers practice what we preach and you will never be asked to do a workout or an exercise that we haven't done ourselves. The workouts are competitive but egos are not tolerated! CrossFit, itself is "the sport of fitness". The idea is to get you to stop thinking of working out as a "chore" and start thinking of it as a sport. Push yourself for better times, better scores, higher weights, better technique and you will find yourself actually having fun among friends looking to achieve the same goals.
