I'm at a conference in Boston until Thursday, so I made my own WOD:.5 mile run50 walnkig lunges.5 mile run50 park bench jumps.5 mile run (w/3 Green Line train dodges)50 burpees.5 mile run34:50I was doing my 50 burpees in a downpour on a street corner in Brookline. People were walnkig past me like it was a perfectly normal thing to be doing at 9:30 at night. Apparently, Boston is hardcore.

You know your a crossfitter when:10. You caonnt be categorized as a man or a woman.9. You paid 1,000 dollars for a two day class and you think that you have made a wise investment.8. You think that you are a cross between a Navy Seal combined with an MMA fighter even though you work at Hardee's and you have never been in a fight.7. Your uncle molested you as a child 6. and currently as an adult.5. You only wear board shorts when you workout.4. You caonnt workout without a video camera recording you.3. You caught genital herpes from your coach 2. which you later gave to your dog.1. Your a 35 year old, 145 lb, virgin male that can max bench 65lbs, dead-lift 135, run a 5k in 29 minutes and can only do pull-ups while swinging around like a tool. You think your a physical specimen.
