I am looking at the petosd times so far and feel there is something wrong with mine. My son counted for me at MBS CF and I completed my rows after the KB's. Should I have done double or even triple my singles to make the WOD more realistic?

Last time we did this one, I was still learning double unders. Even though they still slowed me up a bit again, I was able to knock about 10 minutes off my previous time. Rx 4:09
