Hi Terry, Greetings from Scotland. Loved all the WOD'S Thanks for setting this up for the seonir population. The weekly workouts have been challenging and fun to complete. Thanks to my coaches at Crossfit Dental Lorraine and Graham who motivate and support me and get me over the line!
