Every one can participate and WODs will be scaled to accommodate every level. The end of the week will be sealed with a final workout that promises to be a test!

May 21st 2011- "DELAWARE AFFILIATE CHALLENGE" at CrossFit First State in Middletown DE.
CrossFit First State will be hosting a team (1man, 1woman) competition on the 21st. The event will consist of 3 varied workouts in order to find the fittest team in the area.
June 3rd, 4th and 5th 2011- CROSSFIT GAMES MID-ATLANTIC REGIONAL QUALIFIERS-
The 2011 Reebok CrossFit Games Mid Atlantic Regional Qualifier takes places in Fairfax, Virginia at the George Mason University Field House Complex. This 100,000 sq. ft. sports facility has hosted everything from track & field events, basketball tournaments, to antique shows. The GMU Field House has a 200M indoor track, huge male and female locker rooms, and plenty of bleacher seating. There are many hotels within 10 minutes of the Field House. Parking is available for over 600 vehicles. Top 3 Men and top 3 Women qualify for the 2011 CrossFit Games.

Where: CrossFit 1st State Middletown Delaware
What: A fitness challenge to find the fittest CrossFit Box in the
State Teams will be made up of 2, one guy and one girl. All teams
will complete 2 wods. The top 2 teams from each Box will compete
in the final wod to determine fittest CrossFit Box and take home the
trophy.
Cost: Itwill be $30 dollars per person and you will receive a T-shirt
a paleo kit, and water. If you do not want that the cost is only $10.
All proceeds will go to the “Ed Dean Memorial Scholarship Fund”
This is a scholarship that is given out yearly to a Bethany Beach Patrol
Lifeguard. It is also a tax write off so make checks payable to
“Ed Dean Memorial Scholarship Fund”
Post W.O.D: As with all CrossFit comps there will be post wod
hang out and drinks that will be available.
Please sign up with shirt size by May 9th you can pay on the day
of the comp at sign in. All movements will be scaleable and movement
standards will be released prior to the comp via video
