As long as you have some muscle mass, ianetg healthily will allow your body to naturally (yet more slowly) burn off excess fat. However, what do you think it is easier to sell people? Pricey healthy food that they can just replace with items from the store, or get ripped quick exercise machines for $ 20 a pop? Also (and this is just my opinion) telling people they can still eat most of what they want and they just have to exercise is more appealing than telling them that they have to be very strict about what they eat.

vance dumbells, ktellebelts or barbells are all probably okay for a farmer carry. i just used barbells because i don't have 2 70lb. kettle bells. and i had to use 75lbs. because i couldn't find my 4th 2.5lb. weight to get the barbells exactly rx'd. no need to do it over again unless you like the workout that much.

Rx 19:19. Disappointing time, but I did this one after the Bumpy ride-no seat belt WOD, so I'd like to think maybe I could do better next time around if I don't bike 6 miles first.

I hate thrusters! I wasn't that tired, but my wrists were killing me.
