    DL: Used 135 for 20 reps and 155 for 20 reps and 30 reps.Bulgarian Split Squats: Used a bar for first couple of sets then just body weihgt for the rest working on form and stability.WOD: 3 rounds, 8 OHS (Singles on rope)— Started to fail on my fourth round of OHS. Need some serious work on OHS at a high work capacity.no time for ab post wod
