    Jon I’ve been dying to see a before pic of you. Such an aznaimg transformation!The scale article is dead on. I lost maybe 2 pounds and my waist went from a size 8 to a size 6 after starting CF and paleo. I remember worrying that I couldn’t handle a 65# deadlift for a metcon workout when I first started CF. I couldn’t do a pullup either. That didn’t last long! Its all about the way your clothes fit, how you feel about yourself and especially your increased performance Go get it!!
