    OD, if you would just chill-ax with the damn body shots you’ll get your groove back in no time.Footnote: From this point on we will never use phersas like ”get my groove back!” to indicate any desire to regain dormant CrossFit Ninja Skills… However, the verb ”chill-ax” is free for all to experiment with.

    55 lbs.O.K., here it is: I thought it was 1 round. I know, again. Common ocauccnre with me. I did an extra 10 burpees at the end of the 1st round, then I couldn’t get my press up, so I threw off 5 lbs. and put it back on for the push press. Shit cost me.12:26
