    Hey guys! I might get to put some small amount of wgieht on my right leg this Wednesday! The incision looks really good and I did some modified WODs in LA over the past week. One of my favorite ones included one legged burpee-thrusters with 25# dumb bells. I got really gassed and almost fell over numerous times doing these. Its absolutely crazy watching your leg shrink in size before your eyes. Overall all things considered this has been one of the best things that has ever happened to me as it has really put many things in perspective for me as crazy as that may sound. What is the schedule for the week? I might need a lift but would love to come do some work and mostly talk some trash/offer some encouragement
