    Beat my number by only 2 points, but I guess thats still something. A lot of my wall balls and a couple push presses not counted due to bad form. Still working on that. Rx 323

    rx – 264 (70,67,47,52,28) – beat my reps by 18 from last time.
    246 total (55,60,44,53,34) – didn’t do as well on the row this time and box jumps basically stayed the same!
