– Take about 4mins to exchange niceties with a person in your class that you know the least about. Then, take 6mins to work up to a slightly heavy snatch load that you would feel comfy doing a good old fashion TnG with. This load should be of the sorts that doesn’t corrupt perfect form. Take 90% of that previously mentioned load and use that for the 5min EMOM.
