    Few things. 1-a teirifrc instructional and workout with coach Josh last night on the squats. It sometimes is hard to step back and be okay not putting your heart rate through the roof on every workout but I found this workout extremely beneficial to getting down the squat technique and my legs were toast so I accomplished the task at hand. Let’s get strong 212! Thanks Josh. Today great work on the rope. My first time. I got a few at half way. Great job nick on those climbs!
