    7.10 – ring rows & dips, 55 lbs sdlhp – could have done 65 but my back was talking to me from the dead lifts yesterday!
    Strength: 55 lbs – didn’t try more…ohs’s are something I need to work on!

    Rx 10:12. Not my best work, but I was just happy I got all 15 muscle ups. It took a while, but I got them.
