5:49 – WOD – #115 deadlift; 100 single jump ropes. Really need to get du down…wasn’t happy to do singles. Only did 1 400 m run at 1:27…had to leave. Been really hard to commit to Xfit as summer schedule doesn’t leave enough room. Need to make it a priority
5.25 – 135 lbs for deadlift
