    31.29 – 55 lbs, 10 through 6 normal pull ups, 5-2 w red band, 1 normal. Psyched I didn’t use a band for most of the pull ups but ripped open my hand.

    PS – I was so excited about writing about my pull ups that I forgot to say my hspu’s were just the kick up. Need to work on these.
