    Rx 14:15. Was able to cut a few seconds off from my original time. Next time we do this, I have to try for a sub 14 min workout.

    Does anyone mind if my kid were to watch the class? I am new to town and have yet to find child care…..He’s ptrtey cool & 8. I think he can do more burpees then me. Let me know, I would hate to miss a WOD if I don’t have to.Thanks,
