2011 "FITFEST" at CrossFit Apex

Dalton Lambing 1st Place teens 9-12 grades

Madison Tak 1st Place and Lorelei Wilkey 2nd Place teens 9-12 grades

CrossFit Explode's teens put on a great showing at CrossFit Apex's Fitfest this Saturday!  Madison Tak put on a stellar performance taking 1st in all 3 events! Dalton Lambing placed 1st, 3rd and 1st in the three events.  Lorelei Wilkey competed up a division and was the youngest female competitor there and still finished only second to Madison.  Logan Bailey has been with Explode for 3 weeks and still had an impressive performance ending the day in 14th place!

I'm proud of all these teens. They demonstrated phenomenal work capacity, great sportsmanship and most of all had fun!!
