    [..YouTube..] @beacher1967 Thank you! I heard this line in a song somewhere that says if you have a nihrtmage, it doesn’t mean you stop dreaming . In the past I always let the set backs discourage me and I slid right back into my old ways. Now I just grit my teeth and become more determined. That’s my personal weight loss motto ..
