    110lb squat snatch. Starting to show a little improvement with muscle ups. Did all except for 3 during the middle round where I had to substitute. 19:29

    What is a good sub for muscle ups? I took this wkeeend off due to being under the weather. Would it be ok to maybe throw a good workout in from the wkeeend? It six you take a day off or two and you feel like your starting off from scratch

    I would recommend doing mucsle ups as part of your warm up every day. Apply this to any movement that you are weak at, do it as part of your warm up. That way you are working on your weakness every day.
