    Nice to meet the folks at 11:30 today.I’m new to the scnath. A scnath virgin, if you will. I need a lot of work on my scnath, so I stayed at 45# (naked bar) for practice and the WOD. Jumping pullups, modified ring dips, running in the hot sun. Time: 9:52.BTW, Mitchell gave us all very good scnath instruction, from the full thrust, all the way to the top of the scnath. Happy scnathing, folks!

    JBlue, you only squat 5X at the top rung of each ladder. So if you’re stnaitrg with 3 ladders of 1,2,3 reps, your squats would look like this:Snatch, then press 1 timerestSnatch, then press 2 timesrestSnatch, then press 3 times-lower to the rack and squat 5 timesrest and repeat for desired number of ladders.If you did all 5 ladders, you’d only squat 25 times. It’s a fun program. I’m just finishing my eighth week.Jim
