    From CO – found a rec ctr that had a crossfit area
    8+15 – 62 lbs, 10 lb ball
    High altitude here kills the breathing. I think I could have done better at Explode!

    Rx 6rds + 13 (193). Could have done better, but Brian was really strict with me and my form, so I did a lot more than I am credited with. But it also paid off, because my wall balls are starting to show improvement.

    Used 45 lbs for power cleans as my form is more important than weight at this point.

    Hey all;Morning class went very well. We had another large group of about 20 poplee. Groups started counting repetitions at each station (except row – calories) during round 2 and 3.Everyone had a good time!We could use a series of basics classes, reviewing air squats and the other fundamental movements. We really need to start working on form for the new comers and review/correct form for some of our regulars.Cheers;Dylan

    Wow! Great job guys. Can’t say I missed this one lol. I am sore as hell from Cindy yesaerdty and don’t really know why?? Maybe the butterfly pullups are working something new? Looking forward to the Filthy Fifty tomorrow, although I bet you guys aren’t!
