    As all the coaches suhlod be saying, listen to your bodies and take rest days! T-roie is bad about that, so I have been giving him the news. If you don’t rest you WILL get injured.I also worked up to 185#’s. Shoulder feeling great, just a lack of strength. Did 2 sets of 3 at 185. For the Metcon I did 115# push press for 45 or so of the 50 reps (might have been a jerk or 5 in there at the end). 10:06 RX +
