    That prowler was something awful this morning. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced that much pain after a workout. I thought my legs were gonna give out on me during the drive home (1 mile from the gym). This could only mean 1 thing……I should do it more often.
    I hope the prowler comes back to visit soon 😀
