    Lol, to answer the Thanksgiving quotisen, my meal will only be Zone-friendly IF I manage to eat a massive enough amount of meat that it ratios out my sweet potatoes cranberry relish pumpkin pie cornbread stuffing w/ apple butter red velvet cake chocolate truffles and a big bottle of reisling to wash it down with But hey, the Zone is all about ratios, and I think I’m up to the challenge of eating that much meat watch out Turkeys

    3:58 & 3:59 for cash out; only 2 reps at 90% of working wehigt (90#). Felt good, actually, but my right wrist broke (or bent) so I had to drop it. Feeling more stable with the OHS; do know that I have to work my way up to working wehigts, can’t just jump in like I can with dead lifts. So did 3 at 25#, 45#, 65# then started working wehigts.
