Note: Lets all start getting involved with the community more! Chris E. and myself ran Brian's Run yesterday and it was amazing to see so many people out running for a good cause. There is something to CrossFit that is bigger than ourselves, I feel it and I'm sure most of you do too. I wanted to get some ideas on how we as CF Explode can be involved in the community more. Pull me aside at the gym or write in the comment section with any ideas you may have. (Ideas should promote CrossFit and be for non-profit)
