"SHOVEL SNOW"

AMRAP 24 hours

Begin with your own sidewalk, driveway or front stoop.  Shovel as much of somebody else's property as possible!  Shoveling somebody's property who should be doing it themselves does not count!  Look for a neighbor who will have trouble shoveling.  The sick, the elderly, or your parents.  Use the amazing fitness you have obtained to do good for someone else.

If you choose to be lazy…REST, and get ready to work hard again on Monday.
