    Damn straight both to the it’s going to be a long day, and ppoele sticking with Crossfit.Yesterday’s Slaughter’s Luck of the Irish WOD:15 Burpees1/2 Pint Guinness21 deadlifts 21 pullups1/2 Pint Guinness15 deadlifts 15 pullups1/2 pint guinness9 deadlifts 9 pullups1/2 Pint guinness15 burpees.I love that working out is a blast, and just coming up with random shit to make ourselves more fit is still fun day after day. Love this shit. Bob is an animal drinker.. car bombs are bad but taste so good.

    Question regarding arctile #2:So in a competition setting, try to avoid muscle failure, but what about a typical workout?If I’m halfway through a timed workout and I’m approaching muscle failure is it better to 1.) go ahead and work until failure, and then scale accordingly, or 2.) back off a little and scale back before failure can occur in order to maintain intensity?
