    I would also agree, Jimmy is full of interesting thgnis!I found out that my wrists are the weakest part of my body after those push press/jerks. Could not hold any weight or support my body up when doing the push ups during the WOD. Nice work to everyone who rocked the WOD. Have a great weekend y’all!

    Nice post Jess! I will be running the Nike 1/2 mahoartn this Sunday in SF and like you, I didn’t put the mileage that I used to for my previous races and also have been cross fitting for 3 months already. I am feeling less nervous now that I am reading your post. Hopefully I can shave off 7 minutes as well!
