Thats basically what I looked like too except i was laying on the floor trying not to puke all over LA Fitness haha. 37:50(I loathe WOD’s with running involved!)
I felt this was one of the hardest ones so far. I am extremely disappointed in my time. rx’ed 50:17. As much as I never want to do this one again, I need to try to improve this time.
I have to admit, this is not my best CrossFit standard wurkoot and I desperately want to be good at it. I have a feeling when I get it under 5 I will know that I have addressed some of my strength deficiencies (common for those of us that were runners and perform well at the light weight metcons).So, managed 7:30 yesterday and still have a long way to go, but it wasn’t that long ago I was over 10 minutes.Can’t wait for saturday!
