Note: I could not be happier with everyone's progress and consistency this past month. There is so much more to learn and so many more WODs to beat us down. Every time we think we hit the hardest one, it is my job to throw us another "curve-ball". Keep getting up! Keep pushing for that next rep! Keep being critical of your form! Keep moving faster! Keep pushing each other! You all will see when we repeat these WODs how far along you have come. You all are going to crush former times, get stronger, live longer, look better, feel better, save your life and for some of you fire fighters, cops and even grandmothers you might even save someone else's
