K2E (knees to elbows)

With a continuous running clock.  Do one rep of Push Press in the first minute, two reps in the second minute, three reps in the third and continue as many minutes as possible.

Rest approximately 5 mins, then perform the same with K2E

    My numbers look nothing compared to Brian’s, but I rx’d 17/13. This was a very tough one.

    Anna / 17:29 on the workout. This one test very weak skllis for me. Knees generally elevated, but I will say they felt better than the last K2E workout we did. 6 rounds on the 100/10 which felt fantastic with my burning shoulders. Leaving tomorrow for sunny Mexico with my jump rope in hand. Will post my workouts. I expect a lot of them will involve M2M (Margaritas to Mouth).
