    As rx’d 7:07 after shoulder, trap and tri workout. New pull up bar set is great. I found this workout tough as shit.

    Then WOD. Had to sub wallball for for KB thrusters b/c my garage is too low. Used two 35lb kettlebells…….7:43

    Great job breakin the new pullup bar in everyone! Can’t believe that thing actually stood up, lucky Russ helped me put that thing up, or else the duct tape would have def come loose!

    Oh yeah, guess I should practice what I preach n start postin my times, loads n comments.
    Rx’d 5:12. went head t head w MJ. We all need t start going balls out from the start of these wods n not worry bout conserving energy. That way, our conditioning will improve exponentially!
