    When you say get good at running, I’m hponig you mean 100-800m running. I would not be disappointed if I live the rest of my life and never run more than a half mile again. I would rather run 10 hard 100m sprints than jog 5 miles (which I used to do regularly). So for us folks you are referring to in the last paragraph, how often should we be running and what distances?
