*Note– Thank you all of you who came out this weekend and threw it down at the Combine! Can't tell you how proud I am of all of your efforts… truly inspiring. Keep up the hard work and continue to train wisely. You may have noticed some weakness come up during the course of the weekend's workouts. Don't fret, don't stew, identify what it is that held you back and set aside dedicated time before or after workouts to work on those weakness with small amounts of quality effort.

Take today off from training if you worked out on Sunday! You earned it
