    Just a little data crnnuhicg on the fight gone bad numbers shows that overall the gym (or at least the numbers of the people that put their information on the board) increased their FGB performance over the past 5 weeks. Average gym improvement: 30 RepsAverage improvement for those doing the Paleo Challenge: 36 RepsAverage improvement for those not doing the Challenge: 19 RepsOn average, those on the paleo challenge did twice as well as those not on it.
