    Even though my weekly workouts have dropped off my strength has increased significantly as a result of Crossfit. I’ve been working out once or twice a week doing the Crossfit programs and last week I did a “normal” circuit. I noticed significant gains and I was able to rest for on 30 to 45 seconds throughout the entire workout. I realize that most people won’t get these same results because I am an acceptional physical specimen, but you can at LEAST try. My abs are gonna be so HOT this summer! YESSSS!!!

    liked this workout : ) time was 14min and something seconds…i forget the exact time. was slowest on abs! fastest on squats!

    WARNING** WARNING** WARNING***
    Don’t take NO XPLODE or any other similar pre-workout drink prior to doing any crossfit routine. I took one scoop yesterday and did this routine and my muscles were so swollen I couldn’t get a full range of motion in anything. My musles were completely exhausted but I wasn’t tired so I could push through. As a result it took me about an hour to recoup AFTER I threw up in the next to the building. AWESOME!! Oh, my time was a God Awful 24 mins and change.
    KILLER WORKOUT THOUGH!! I LOVED IT!
