    Rx 16:28. Maybe could have moved a little faster, but I was really trying to concentrate on wall balls and good form with SDLHP’s.

    A. 118kg B. 11.48 – 2x rope climb instd of pullups. Bad rope burn, most pnuifal shower ever afterwards! Need to keep skins or socks in my bag for next time.
